Tree Stars

For those of you scratching you head on this one, tree stars are leaves; you might want to brush up on your knowledge of "The Land Before Time". The epic journey of Littlefoot and his friends, Sara, Petri, Spike and Ducky and their search for the Great Valley are the newest additions to Jacob's list of favorite topics of conversation.
*Littlefoot, a long neck dinosaur, carries a leaf on his head that was given to him by his mother.

Jenson's 1st boating trip

Happy Memorial Weekend! We enjoyed being out on the lake today. It was so hot, Jenson and Mommy decided to go for a swim.

24 hours later... we have been climbing all day. This kid will never learn! I think Mom is more traumatized than Jenson.

Jacob's 1st FishingTrip

Jacob remained interested for about 25-30 minutes. As soon as the line was cast, he wanted to reel it back in. When Mom said we have to let it sit for a while he lost interest.

Jenson goes to the hospital

Apparently, stitches are no longer the acceptable method of treatment for deep cuts. Jenson got Dermabonded (glued) back together after hitting is head on the slate step in our entryway. If he had gotten old fashion stitches, he would have recieved five. It took three adults to hold him down to be glued. This little guy is strong!

We survived our first trip to the emergancy room. Mom learned a valuable lesson, do not waste your time with MultiCare Urgent Care facilities. They are not equiped to help children. Take them straight to the hospital. This will save you valuable time and money.
