Horsy rides

The boys are learning they can have fun playing together. Jacob is a rather wild horse and likes to buck Jenson off. Jenson thinks it is really funny!

Carnival rides

The boys enjoyed the carnival rides at Lakefair in Olympia, WA this summer. Jenson was only big enough for one ride and was rather jealous of Jacob's choices. Jacob suprised all of us by going on the rollercoaster.

Horse Races

And they're off...

Jacob 's horse "Crazy Daddy" took the lead early on in this race.
Unfortunately, Jacob had a hard time staying on "Crazy Daddy".

Jenson tightened his grip on "Papa Pride"determined not to fall off.
Coming up on the finish line, "Papa Pride" took a stumble. "Crazy Daddy" almost bucked his young jockey once again.
It was a photo finish. Judge Papa declared Jenson the winner. Jacob claimed foul play!

mommy's haircut

Mommy decided to get her hair cut today. She told the lady she wanted it shoulder length and able to flip out. It looked perfect to Mommy when the lady made one last cut and then decided to go around again cutting off another inch. Mommy said, " I think it is short enough." The lady responded, "We are almost done, I just need to even it out." Needless to say, it is much shorter than Mommy anticipated.

Woodland Park Zoo

Jacob, Jenson and Aunt Melissa were excited to go to the zoo in Seattle.
Jacob found a dinosaur egg and pretended to hatch.
Jenson climbed the rocks.
Jacob and Mommy rode on Dumbo.
